Payment by Google Checkout/Amazon Payment Currency Conversion
Question
Payment by Google Checkout/Amazon Payment Currency Conversion
Answer
Please note that Payment by Google Checkout / Amazon Payment (for payment made in currency other than USD) might incur additional currency conversion fees that are not reflected in the total price. It is the buyer’s credit card bank that does the conversion based on the rate at the time of the transaction. Google / Amazon Payment Processor really do not do the currency conversion, only the card holder's bank does the conversion in the background. However, whether or not the card holder has to pay a slight additional conversion fees will highly depends on the individual respective bank.
