My shipment has incurred duty and tax upon arrival at my customs. I don't want to pay the tax and I want to return to you.
Answer
We will proceed to process your order as Return RMA. However, if your country's customs still require to pay for the taxes to release the package before returning the package to us, we will withheld the refunds until we receive the tax invoice from the courier service company.
Once we have receive the tax invoice which takes the courier service company about 1-2 months to send to us, We will proceed with deduct the tax payable, the initial shipping charges, return shipping charges, and admin charges.
