I have a Casio watch which comes with 10-year battery, does Casio provide warranty for the battery?
Casio watches' warranty does not include battery life.

In addition, the life of the watch battery (e.g. the Casio LW-200D series which has 10 year battery life from the date of manufactured) will depend on the wearer's use on the watch. If the light and all buttons on the watch are pressed once every day, the battery will worn out faster compared to someone who pressed the buttons every few days. This is very subjected to a wearer's lifestyle. Just an indication, according to one of our colleague who also has a Casio 10 year battery watch, his watch's battery worn off about 9 years plus.

If there is condensation on the inner surface of the glass, What should I do?
A watch with condensation under the glass needs to go to authorized service center without delay, even if the condensation disappears again after a short time. This is one of the worst things that can happen to a watch. Water might have enter the movement through the unlocked (pushed back) crown that went unnoticed. Water can also penetrated the case but the seals are still tight enough to prevent it from evaporating. This normally happens to watches that have not serviced for more than a few years whereby the lubricants has dried up. What you have on your wrist is in effect a miniature hothouse, where the water condenses at the coolest point. The constant damp atmosphere inside the case is very corrosive and, at worst, can destroy the movement.
However, all watch brand's warranty does not cover water condensation.

The guarantee warrants that you can receive repair/replace services by complying with the terms and conditions set forth for respective brands and within the specified warranty periods (*) from the original date of purchase. The watch must has been purchased from an authorized retailer/official dealer.

Should you require work under warranty, please send in your watch together with a copy of your sales receipt and/or the warranty card (valid only if dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by official brands dealer upon purchase), and a description of the watch problem, to the respective watches brands service center listed in the warranty booklet.

What is the warranty period for my watch?
All Bodying’s Watches comes completed with at least 1 Year either Manufacturer's Limited Warranty, Manufacturer's Worldwide Limited Warranty, Seller's Limited Warranty or Japan Domestic Limited Warranty. The warranty period will become effective from the shipment date.

What type of warranty does my watch comes with?
All of Bodying’s Watches comes completed with at least 1 Year either Manufacturer's Limited Warranty, Manufacturer's Worldwide Limited Warranty, Seller's Limited Warranty or Japan Domestic Limited Warranty.
- Manufacturer's Limited Warranty: Warranty is only claimable from the original country which issued the warranty. (ie: Warranty issue by the retailers in USA; watch has to send to the service centres in USA).
- Manufacturer's Worldwide Limited Warranty: Warranty is claimable anywhere in the world if the respective brand's service centre is available in that country.
- Seller's Limited Warranty (Bodying Warranty): Only can send the watch back to Bodying for warranty claim.
- Japan Domestic Limited Warranty: Only can send the watch back to Japan for warranty claim.
