Here's a list of availability estimates you may see while shopping with Bodying. If the availability of an item changes after you place your order, we'll notify you by e-mail.

In Stock. Usually ships within 24 hours upon payment successful (except Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)

The item is on hand in at least one of our warehouses, and we expect to be able to prepare this item for shipment within a few hours up to 48 hours (up to 2 business day).

In Stock. Usually ships within 2 to 3 business days upon payment successful

It usually takes 2 to 3 business days to process the order once payment is successfully completed.

In Stock. Usually ships within 4 to 5 business days upon payment successful

It usually takes 4 to 5 business days to process the order once payment is successfully completed.

In Stock. Usually ships within 6 to 10 business days upon payment successful

It usually takes 6 to 10 business days to process the order once payment is successfully completed.

In Stock. Usually ships within 1-2 weeks upon payment successful

This item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. If you place an order, we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date as soon as we have that new information from our suppliers. Do note that there may be a price increase or decrease if the watch is in stock for back order as we may have not updated the new price information since it was sold out.

Discontinued Model. Back Order not possible

This item is currently not available for ordering, and we don't know when or if this item will be in stock again. 

 If the watch is in stock and required a payment or address verification, additional time will be required depending on and when we receive your verification reply.

Bodying.de website says VAT excluded? 

Bodying has warehouses in several places around the world including USA , UK , Hong Kong , Singapore , Australia , Malaysia and Japan . However, not all watches are stocked at all warehouses.

Your watch will ship from whichever nearest warehouse with the available stocks.

Therefore, please note that prices on Bodying.de are for watches only, you might be responsible and liable for any possible VAT charges, custom duties, import tax, broker fees or any possible additional custom handling charges incurred upon arriving at your customs border. These are excluded from the total cost of your purchase amount.

Do you provide gift wrapping? 

Yes we do provide gift wrapping. Please inform us by putting “Require gift wrapping” at the message box upon ordering.

Hi I would like to place an order as a gift that I require in 7 day time. 

Every watch model has a specific processing time, eg. “Usually ships within 3 to 4 business days upon payment successful.” Estimated time arrival is depends on the shipping address. An Outskirt Out-of-delivery-area determines by the courier company may require extra business days to deliver.


Total business days for your order to arrive = Processing time + shipping time.

How does the process of ordering works? 

A series of emails will be sent to you email once you have placed your order:

1. Order details email.

2. Your order is now in progress email.

3. Address / Payment verification process email after the watch availability is confirmed. (Note: this only apply when necessary)

4. In out of stock situation, we will contact you immediately and review your options.

5. Delivery note email once order is shipped.

How to Cancel My Order? 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you have placed your order. We appreciate that you could inform us the reason to cancel in your email in order for us to serve you better in your future purchase. We apologise we are not able to accept any cancellation after 24 hours or when or after the package is shipped. The refund will be issued within 1-2 business days after you have informed us to cancel the order.

I have not receive refund for my cancelled order. 

Once Paypal/Google Checkout/Amazon Payments/Paymate has sent you a message that they have refunded to your credit card, it will take a few days for the transfer from Paypal/Google Checkout/Amazon Payments/Paymate to your financial institution, which also depends on the financial institution's policy. Normally it takes from 3-7 business days for the money to appear back into your account.

I would like FedEx to send my watch around 1-3pm as no one is at home the rest of the time. 

We may put a remark on your package, however, all our courier service agents has informed us that they might not able to ship according to your requested time as they have specific time frame according to their delivery route. However, they will try the best they can.

If you are working at the time of delivery, we strongly suggest you to put your working address as the shipping address so that you will be always there to sign for the parcel. Please also inform your credit card company your working address as new gift address prior placing the order.
