Bodying does not ship to any  AFPO / BFPO / PO Box addresses due to shipping restrictions by our courier service partners FedEx/ DHL / UPS / DHL GLobal Mail (registered air mail). We can only ship to physical street addresses. 

If buyer’s order delivery destination is within outskirt area, surcharges will be imposed by our shipping couriers, FedEx/DHL. A payment invoice for the extra charges for Extended Area Service will be sent to buyer after order placement.

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 6-24 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours or more.

All watches will be shipped via DHL or FedEX or UPS Priority service ot DHL Global Mail to ensure that you will receive your order safely and on time. You will be given shipment tracking details once your package has been successfully shipped. The shipment duration normally takes 3-5 business days to reach major street destinations.

However, note that Italy customs are quite slow in processing incoming mails which may delay the receiving to 1 month.

We may put a remark on your package, however, all our courier service agents has informed us that they might not able to ship according to your requested time as they have specific time frame according to their delivery route. However, they will try the best they can.

If you are working at the time of delivery, we strongly suggest you to put your working address as the shipping address so that you will be always there to sign for the parcel. Please also inform your credit card company your working address as new gift address prior placing the order.

Please inform us all the requirements or inquiries prior the watch is send out / pick up by our partnered courier service personnel. We can only ship to the shipping address listed in your order. We may require you to reorder again and cancel the order with the incorrect shipping address. Therefore please ensure that you have provided us the correct shipping address upon placing the order. If you have other requirements, please inform us before the shipment is sent our so that we can put the special requirement remarks on the package.

However, if you have informed us after the shipment has left our warehouse; such arrangement might not appear in time in our courier service’s system. It may take from 24 hours to 48 hours to be updated in their system after we have called up courier service agent to inform your requirements.
 

We uses DHL Global mail (registered air mail) to ship all our orders for Bodying.de.

How the package was routed? Once shipped, the package is first send to DHL global mail hub in Kuala Lumpur. You will noticed that it will showed "delivered in Kuala Lumpur." It will then transfer to another DHL global mail hub in Singapore. From there, DHL Global mail team will contact us to provide the registered air mail tracking number. This will take about 1 week. Once received, we will send you a tracking email to show you the whereabouts of your package and the registered air mail tracking number.
