            Bodying Exchange Policy

            Bodying fully understand that under certain circumstances, if you've purchased your watch from Bodying.com, Bodying.co.uk, Bodying.de, Bodying.ca, Bodying.com.au and Bodying.co.nz, you may exchange your watch within 7 days from the receive date.

            Bodying gladly accepts your exchange under the following exchange terms and conditions:

            Exchange Policy:

            1. All exchange items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. All items must be returned with all the original packaging materials. The white security seal must not be broken and must be fully in-tagged with the watch as the same condition as we shipped to you.

             We're sorry that we do not accept any return merchandise under the following conditions:

            • Over the 7-day Exchange Period from the receive date.

            • Items that do not match the serial number of the item originally ordered.
            • Broken security seal
            • Any signs of wear or resized
            • Missing original box or case.
            • Missing significant parts, links or accessories.
            • Missing original warranty card/booklet, manuals, certificates and tags

            2.The following items are not exchangeable:

            • All sales and promotion items
            • Back order models
            • Japan domestic models
            • Models listed as "Return: Not Available" in each watch profile page under Item Specifications column
            • Any items that have a final sale price equal or greater than $4000 are not returnable nor exchangable.

            3. We can only accept to exchange to a same price or higher priced watch model. If you choose to exchange to a higher price watch model, you will be invoiced the price difference once you've confirmed the watch model you'd like to exchange to and we have confirmed in return the stock availability.  

            4. All exchange will incur the following charges:

            i.       An admin charge of $20 (Home Currency)
            ii.      Shipping charge to ship the exchanged watch

            5. Customers are responsible to return your watch for exchange. Bodying accepts no responsibility for any lost items during the return. It is advisable for customer to use traceable return shipping service. All return charges including postage, insurance and shipping are to be borne by customer.

            6. Reason of exchange.

            Steps of Returns:

            Step 1: Please contact Bodying customer service at:

            http://www.BodyingCare.com to request for exchange. Please state the watch model that you wish to exchange and your Order ID.

            Step 2: You will then receive an email reply from Bodying Customer Team within 1-2 days for confirmation of your inquiry. Upon received your inquiry, we will need to check the stock availability for your requested model for exchange. Once we have confirmed the stock availability, we will send you the return instructions as well as procedure for exchange.
