            If I would like to make special arrangements for my parcel to be send to another address other than my shipping address in my order, how do I do that?

            Please inform us all the requirements or inquiries prior the watch is send out / pick up by our partnered courier service personnel. We can only ship to the shipping address listed in your Payment transaction. We may require you to reorder again and cancel the order with the incorrect shipping address. Therefore please ensure that you have provided us the correct shipping address upon placing the order. If you have other requirements, please inform us before the shipment is sent our so that we can put the special requirement remarks on the package.

            However, if you have informed us after the shipment has left our warehouse; such arrangement might not appear in time in our courier service’s system. It may take from 24 hours to 48 hours to be updated in their system after we have called up courier service agent to inform your requirements.
