            What does my order status 'Pending Payment' means?

            If you order status shown "Pending Payment", this means that you have not gone through the Paypal payment process and you have not paid for your watch.


            Please login to your Bodying account again by following the below steps:

            1. Log in and click the ''Checkout'' tab.

            2. Click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of ''Delivery Information'' page to Continue Checkout Procedure.

            3. Select the payment method and click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of ''Payment Information'' page.

            4. At 'Confirmation' page, click the 'Submit Order' button at the bottom of the page. If this 'Submit Order' button is not click, your order status in your account will remain as ''Preparing [Paypal IPN]''.

            5. Once the 'Submit Order' button is click, you will be directed to Paypal's Payment Page with Bodying logo on top left of the page. If you don't see this, please inform us immediately.

            6. Once you're at Paypal's Payment Page, please check that your order items are correct.

            7. Proceed to enter your credit card details or log In to your Paypal account to pay by Paypal balance.

            8. Please ensure that you have specified the correct shipping address in Paypal as we only ship to shipping address shown in Paypal. To do so, please follow the following steps in Paypal:

            8.1 At ''My Account'', please click ''Profile''
            8.2 At ''Account Information'', please click ''Street Address''.

            9. As soon as your Paypal payment transaction is completed, 'You Made A Payment' page will show before redirected back to Bodying Home page. A Paypal Payment Confirmation email will be sent to your Paypal email address.

            How do I change my street address?

            You can change your street address from your Paypal Profile.

            Here's How:

            1. Click the ''My Account'' tab.
            2. Click the ''Profile'' subtab.
            3. Click the ''Street Address'' link under the Account Information column.
            4. Click Add.
            5. Enter your new address.
            6. Click Save.
            7. Your new address is added.
            8. Please ensure that the button next to the preferred shipping address is checked.
