What is a phone verification?

Our telephone verification ensures that you have submitted a working telephone number. We are required to put a valid and working telephone number so that courier service will be able to contact you if they have a problem with the shipment or shipping address.

 How Telephone Verification works:

1.         A random 4-digit numeric code is given to you via telephone, to the telephone number you has entered when placing your order.

2.         You enters the security code onto website.

3.         If code matches, order is allowed to proceed.

How to enter correctly to receive the 4-digit numeric code?

Please key in: (area code) (telephone number)

Note: If there is a numeric “0” in front of the area code, please omit it.

Note: Country Code is automatically pre-fill. Please do not add country code.
